1. Engine Oil Pressure Switch
- Normally Closed Device
- If the ECM detects 5VDC on this circuit during ten consecutive engine starts, it will trigger a fault code.

2. Camshaft Position Sensor

Mainly used to determine the engine's position in fuel timing control.

Hall effect sensor.

Faces a machined groove in a signal ring mounted with a bolt on the camshaft end.

Serves as a backup signal for the crankshaft speed sensor.


3. Crankshaft Speed Sensor

Primarily used to determine the engine speed

Hall effect type sensor

Faces a machined groove on a signal ring mounted to the end surface of the crankshaft with bolts

Serves as a backup signal for the camshaft position sensor

4. Coolant Temperature Sensor

Located on the cylinder head between the engine coolant outlet pipe and the rocker cover

5. Atmospheric Pressure Sensor

Used for high-altitude power reduction protection for the engine (turbocharger)

Installed on the main engine wiring harness on the fuel pump side of the engine, near the ECM

6. Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor
-
The ECM is used to determine the pressure of the fuel stored in the high-pressure common rail.

7. Intake Manifold Temperature and Pressure Sensor

Combined Sensor

Used by ECM for air-fuel ratio control

Four-wire Sensor

Installed on the intake manifold cover
(Temperature & Pressure)

8. Water-in-Fuel Sensor

Located on the OEM-installed 25-micron suction side fuel filter
-
Senses the accumulation of water in the fuel water separator

The ECM activates an orange warning light or a water-in-fuel indicator to notify the operator
