The new warehouse and office complex features a scientific and reasonable layout, fully integrating office, storage, and maintenance functions to create a more efficient and standardized operational environment. Unlike the previous office space, the new office area is equipped with independent department offices, which effectively separates the work areas of different functional departments such as sales, procurement, after-sales service, and administration. This independent layout not only ensures the privacy and concentration of daily work but also promotes smooth communication and collaboration between departments, greatly improving work efficiency and team cohesion.

As the core part of the relocation, the new warehouse has achieved a qualitative leap in both space scale and management standardization. The warehouse is divided into several dedicated areas in a scientific manner, among which the areas for placing MTU engines, Cummins engines and filters are particularly prominent. These areas are designed with sufficient space, adopting standardized storage racks and reasonable placement logic to ensure that each piece of equipment and each batch of accessories is neatly arranged and easy to access. The spacious and orderly storage environment not only avoids the confusion caused by mixed placement in the past but also effectively reduces the risk of damage to equipment and accessories during storage and handling, while improving the efficiency of warehousing, picking and inventory checking.

In addition to the optimized office and storage areas, the new site is also equipped with a professional maintenance workshop, which is fully equipped with advanced maintenance tools and testing equipment. This dedicated maintenance space enables Gangzhou Diesel to provide more timely and professional after-sales maintenance services for MTU and Cummins engines, as well as filter maintenance and replacement services. The integration of warehouse and maintenance workshop shortens the distance between equipment storage and maintenance, realizes the seamless connection of "storage-maintenance-delivery", and further improves the company’s after-sales service response speed and service quality.
